Gloria De Lèon
Gloria De Lèon brings over ten years of HR experience improving DEI frameworks and creating inclusive environments for the vast identities that exist within a working culture, particularly the intersectionality of hierarchy, class, gender, ability, and race. From equipping local businesses with foundational HR skills to coaching organizations on Equal Opportunity Algorithms in Recruiting. Her lived, and professional experiences allow her to think outside the box; to leverage her voice, skills, and expertise for the improvement of equity.
Gloria received a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology where she learned to influence equity through organizational change at scale by leveraging behavioral science and Nudge Theory to amplify and/or transform organizational, team, and leadership frameworks focused on inclusion.
