Amoura Carter, M.Ed, is a project manager, content and newsletter writer, podcast producer, and educator. Amoura has discovered that a high percentage of projects fail at realizing their full potential because too many project leads do not see the strategic value in a well-thought-out and thorough plan. This realization has guided Amoura towards helping companies become successful through her love of project management, planning, and organizing.

With over 10 years of experience educating children and adults, in addition to 5 years managing projects, Amoura has embraced the understanding that strategic management efforts are the foundation for growth, development, and learning.

In her free time, Amoura volunteers at her alma mater, Davidson College, most recently with its Deliberative Citizenship Initiative. With this initiative, the focus has been on planning events to create more meaningful/constructive conversations using deliberation as an alternative to cross-talk to engage community members with one another on difficult and contentious issues facing our community and society.
