Masterclass:Ā Championing DEI in the Workplace
ABOUT THE MASTERCLASS
This masterclass is designed to help participants understand who they are and how that shows up in the ways they approach DEI transformation. We begin with a proprietary self-assessment developed by our team to identify an individual's strengths and opportunities related to their equity consciousness and competency. Participants will receive a personalized guide with resources to hone and learn more about how to impact DEI work more effectively.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- LEARN: Bring awareness to personal characteristics, strengths, & weaknesses that influence how participants champion DEI within their sphere of influence.
- PRACTICE: Gain skills to activate unique and sustainable forms of advocacy and activism to build cultures of inclusion and belonging
- REFINE: Explore opportunities to apply the training concepts to the specific work participants are doing. Open Q&A session with additional resources to explore beyond our time together.
