Oluyinka "Yinka" Ajirotutu
Director of Programming
Yinka Ajirotutu is an award-winning leader with proven experience managing operations at world-class organizations. She is an innovative thought leader and consultant with outstanding skills in project management including Lean, financial management and data analysis who is known for developing, motivating and leading diverse teams to achieve unprecedented goals in the areas of innovation, cost efficiency, process improvement and change management. Yinka is a proactive self-starter, able to work autonomously, yet highly collaborative and resourceful. Most recently she served as an Administrator of Clinical Operations at Emory healthcare before becoming a full-time consultant and public speaker.
In her previous role as a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, Yinka delivered valuable solutions to solve challenging obstacles facing government healthcare organizations, directed and managed high-performing and diverse project teams that meet client needs in a timely and efficient manner, and served as a subject matter expert for numerous initiatives.
Yinka received her bachelor’s degree in African American Studies from the University of California, Davis and has a dual master’s in health administration and business administration from Saint Louis University. Outside of her professional work, she has served as an executive board member for the National Society of Black Engineers Washington, DC Professionals Chapter. She is also a health and wellness public speaker and coach, communicating innovative and motivational information in the areas of stress management, work life balance, lifestyle change and nutrition.
