Toni made the life-changing transition into full-time entrepreneurship seven years ago when she was ousted from Corporate America. Undeterred, after working in the legal field for over 15 years, Toni started her first branding agency, Skye Media Group, in 2010 to combine her creative talents and technical mind, collaborating with mission-driven organizations and leaders to help them thrive online.

With a profound sense of focus and determination, Toni’s mission to strategically build personal brands for Black women has led her to work with and educate women across the nation. Embodying the values and lessons her mother taught her, Toni’s “tough love” approach to branding has grown her audience to over 6k.

Toni regularly shares branding truths and business thinking with women transitioning into full-time entrepreneurship through speaking, consulting, and engaging Instagram content.
